Better Bones Long Infusion Tea

The herbs used in this formulation have been historically used and clinically studied for bone health.  These herabs are high in calcium, iron, phosphorus, magnesium and selenium as well as several vitamins.

I formulated it specifically for my own health and now recognize that my body craves the tea if I don't take it.

This is a long infusion tea.  I recommend starting our with 3-4 tsps of herbal mix in 1 quart of hot/boiling water.  Let this steep for 8+ hours (I leave it overnight).  Strain spent herbs out and drink tea as best suits your taste.  It can be reheated, consumed at room temperature or chilled. This should be a daily rountine for best results.
