I began my career as a massage therapist in 2002 but, according to my family, have been doing massage since I was 4. I call my form "Mutt Therapy" as it is the combination of my MANY years of training in a wide variety of modalities. My sessions are tailored to fit the individuals needs at that specific time.
My goal is to treat the whole person.

Herbal Formulations and Consultations
My long held belief in using what Nature provides led to my education in herbs as medicine. I completed the Medicinal Herbalist Program from New Eden School of Natural Health and Herbal Studies then did an apprenticeship with Constance Campbell Ferry.
I offer in-person and distance herbal consultations to get to the root cause of various issues. Personalized herbal formulations are available or visit my shop for a variety of herbal products. Come back often as I have so many more up my sleeve!
Reiki and Chakra Balancing
All life forms are made from energy. As such, there are times when that energy can become disrupted or misdirected.
I have been a Reiki Master for more than 10 years. I have trained extensively to detect these disruptions and help you find balance to get you back on the path to physical, mental and emotional well being.
