Gardener, hiker, athelete, beach bum....if the outside makes you itch this just might be your new best friend. Jewelweed is know to help with "that which makes you itch" and Plantain is known for its calming and healing benefits. Sounds like a darn good combination for me!  I am an avid gardener and tender-of-farm animals so I'm exposed to outside itchies ALL THE TIME!  Even in the winter I am slinging hay to my beasties.  My jewelweed/plantain was my go to at the end of the day before I created this soap.  While I still reach for the salve on occasion, this soap at the end of the day has me sleeping much better at night.
 
This recipe is a very simple soap with just lard, olive oil, jewelweed, plantain, goats' milk, sodium hydroxide, spring water and tea tree EO.

*All of my soaps may contain the following ingredients.  If you have allergies to any of these, please keep in mind that my soaps are created in the same space so I cannot guarantee there might be exposure to these ingredients.  I am happy to create soaps that contain only the oils you are happy with and vegetarian versions if possible .  Just ask!  Soaps need to "cure" for 4-8 weeks prior to use so keep that in mind when contacting me....I can't rush that process ;)
