Oh the wonders of Sage tea!  This blend was created at the request of a client with sleeping issues but the benefits go far beyond a restful night's sleep.  Clinical studies have linked the regular consumption of sage to brain health, the slowing of cognitive degeneration AND negative effects of menepause.  A soothing cup may help with oral health and sore throats. AND, its delicious!
