Is open for business!

It took a bit longer than we hoped but the cabin is FINALLY ready for guests. As of this writing we have have 5 weekends of guests stay in our unique and beautiful cabin. It has been a delight sharing it with friends and family who have listened to me dreaming about it. They've put up with be bragging about the amazing work Dave has done bringing my hair~brained, artsy (as he labels my thought processes) into reality. That in and of itself has been a challenge. My sweet partner is a "traditional" builder/thinker/analyzer. So to be working with someone whose creations morph along the way has pushed the limits of his tolerance.

But.....we got 'er done!

We are not scheduling any more stays for '26 but I am already taking reservations for '27. Along with private stays, I will be setting up a calendar of "retreats" for people to enjoy. On the agenda will be~

~Therapy for Therapist - a Friday through Sunday event for those that take care of others. We often forget to care for ourselves along the way. This will be all about taking some time way from your normal schedule, having yummy, healthy food provided, massages, energy work, time to walk in the woods, guided meditation.....time to just "be" and be taken care of.

~Reiki Level I - if you have not yet explored Reiki but are interested, this may be the weekend for you. Level I is the basics, the history and some hands on training. An opportunity to stay in the cabin Friday and/or Saturday night. Class will be held most of the day on Saturday with a Reiki share Sunday morning. Meals and snacks will be provided.

~Let Nature Step In ~ This will be for people that are going through or have been through cancer treatments. I am a firm believer in integrative modalities. Mother Nature has such powerful healing abilities. Combined with western medicinal treatments, massage, energy work and good nutrition, powerful strides towards a healthy being may be accomplished. Up to 8 guests will be welcome for this Friday through Sunday experience.
